Pasture Raised Chicken
The unique flavor of our chicken comes from the care with which it is raised and harvested. We DO raise our chickens on fresh pasture and sunshine. We DO NOT raise them "cage free" jammed in a barn with lights.
Thanksgiving Turkeys
Only raised once a year for Thanksgiving, our turkeys are pasture raised and fed an organic mash to ensure the most flavorful bird for your families celebration. Be sure to get your deposit in early, as we have a limited number available!

Sausage is considered a staple here at Victorian Farmstead. We have worked closely with Golden Gate's sausage maker and have come up with a great line up of sausages for you to enjoy. Marinades
In the spirit of everything we do at Victorian Farmstead, we have partnered with one of Adam's oldest friends (4-H camp 1979??) Mike Brossier to develop our own line of Marinades. Because of this relationship, Mike has made his own Critelli Olive Oil available to our customers under our own label. Mike also imports the finest Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy and has bottled that for us as well!
