Ham We have become well known for our delicious apple-wood smoked hams.
Ours have a little more fat than this picture I borrowed from the web, making them juicy and tender.
Choose from small hams from the shank end (6-12lbs) and large hams (13-16lbs) from the butt end.
We have a limited number this year so make your reservations early!
