Bavette Steak

These steaks are pervect for the grill or a cast iron on the stove top as the cook best hot & fast. Similar to Flank Steak or Skirt Steak, they have a distinct grain to them and are super tender when cooked to medium rare and sliced across the grain. Great for fajitas!
