Our Lamb Kofta is Laura’s version of this middle eastern classic! Ground Lamb is mixed with galic, fresh mint, cinnamon, parsley and onion to make this savory sausage. We pack it bulk (without casings) as it is typically wrapped around a skewer and grilled. Try it Laura’s way by making small meatballs and tossing with fresh Penne, feta and good olive oil.
