The fire that damaged The Barlow in downtown Sebastopol on June 1 caused some setbacks. Yet developer Barney Aldridge is already back on track for his planned October opening of the culinary and arts center under construction at Sebastopol Avenue/Hwy. 12 and Morris Street.
To punctuate that point, another tenant has just been signed. By the end of the year, Victorian Farmstead Meats of Sebastopol will open the Chop Shop, a USDA certified butchery and retail meat store.
